摘要
高职院校学生普遍存在信心不足、自我效能感较低等问题,因此关注其积极心理资本有利于提升其抗挫能力,更好地适应大学生活。利用《积极心理资本量表》,对扬州某职业院校200名学生进行测试,结果发现高职学生积极心理资本水平在家庭困难程度、父母教养方式等变量上存在差异。要让高职学生获得更多积极心理资本,高职教育必须注重培养学生乐观的态度,使之学会运用积极心理防御机制,建立良好的社会支持系统,并获得更多成功体验。
Higher vocational college students are generally confronted with problems such as lack of confidence and low self-efficacy,and focus on their positive psychological capital is conducive to improving their ability to resist setbacks and their better adaptation to college life.By adopting Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ),this article makes a test of 200 students in a higher vocational college in Yangzhou.The result shows that the levels of positive psychological capital of higher vocational students are different in the variables like degrees of family difficulty and parenting styles.To enable higher vocational students to obtain more positive psychological capital,it’s a must for higher vocational colleges to attach importance to cultivating students’optimism,to make students use positive psychological defense mechanism,to establish a good social supporting system and to help them obtain more successful experiences.
