摘要
为了明确干旱胁迫条件下施氮量对紫苏幼苗生理特性的影响,研究了施氮对不同干旱胁迫下紫苏幼苗保护酶活性、膜脂过氧化程度和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下适量增施氮肥对TDS-1与LS-Y-1两个紫苏品种幼苗的SOD、POD和CAT活性具有显著性影响,两个品种的SOD、POD活性均在轻度干旱胁迫(10%PEG6000)+施氮300 kg/hm2处理下达到最大值;适宜增施氮肥可以降低紫苏植株细胞的MDA含量和相对电导率,提高渗透调节物质(脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质)含量。
In order to clarify the effects of nitrogen application amount on physiological characteristics of Perilla frutescens seedlings under drought stress,we studied the changes of protective enzyme activity,membrane lipid peroxidation and osmotic regulator of Perilla frutescens seedlings under different drought stress.The results showed that the appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer application under drought stress had significant effects on SOD,POD and CAT activities of Perilla frutescens seedlings of TD-S-1 and LS-Y-1 varieties,and the values of SOD and POD activities reached the maximum under mild drought stress(10%PEG6000)+nitrogen of 300 kg/hm2.Application of appropriate nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the activity of protec?tive enzymes,reduce MDA content and relative conductivity of plant cells,and increase the content of osmotic regulators。
