丝绸之路经济带中国段物流业协调发展及省际差异动态研究 被引量:11

Study on the Coordinated Development of Logistics Industry in China Section of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Dynamics of Inter-provincial Differences

摘要 建设丝绸之路经济带是我国新常态下构建全方位开放型经济新格局、促进我国经济发展的重大选择。物流业作为经济发展"新引擎",其协调发展决定了丝绸之路贸易发展水平。本文基于面板数据,以丝绸之路经济带中国段沿线9省区市为例,从区域经济发展水平、物流业支持因素、物流业需求因素3个维度构建物流业协调发展的指数体系,运用耦合协调度模型从时空双维角度对沿线9省区市2008~2018年的物流业耦合协调发展状况进行分析。结果显示:(1)11年间丝绸之路经济带中国段沿线省区市物流业水平持续优化且耦合协调度逐步上升但省际差异明显;(2)9省区市物流业协调发展差距逐渐扩大,物流业需求因素成为影响各地区物流业协调发展的主要因素。据此,提出针对性的对策建议。 Under the construction of the silk road economic belt is the new normal build all-round new pattern of the open economy,big choices to promote the development of our economy.The logistics industry as a new engine of economic development,coordinates development determines its development level of the silk road trade.Based on panel data to China silk road economic belt along the section of nine provinces,for example,from the level of regional economic development,logistics support,logistics demand three dimensions to build index system of the coordinated development of logistics industry,using the coupled coordination degree model from the perspective of doubled,nine provinces along the 2008~2018,the coordinated development of the logistics industry coupling condition is analyzed.The results show that:(1)during the past 10 years,the logistics industry level of pro-vinces,autonomous regions and cities along the China section of the silk road economic belt has been continuously optimized and the degree of coupling and coordination has gradually increased,but the inter-provincial differences are obvious;(2)the 9 provinces and municipalities logistics industry coordinated development gap gradually narrowed,logistics industry demand factor has become the main factor affecting the coordinated development of regional logistics industry.Accordingly,put forward the countermeasure suggestion.
