摘要
在公安工作的新形势下,为创新破案理念、改进工作作风,突破传统侦查模式,在以"三盯三捆绑"为核心的现代侦查破案合成作战机制上跨出实质性步伐,不断提升服务百姓民生、服务经济社会发展的能力和水平,根据合成作战机制的规范要求,严格落实工作责任,通过科学的调整侦查破案运作模式,在健全和完善"三盯三捆绑"工作的基础上,提出了在开展刑侦工作过程中,进行合成作战新机制的有益尝试。
Under the new situation of public security work, in order to innovate the concept of case detection, improve the work style, break through the traditional investigation mode, and take a substantial step in the modern investigation and case solving synthetic combat mechanism with "Triple-watch and Triple-bond" as the core, new combat mechanism continuously improves the service to the people by enhancing the service ability of the people livelihood and economic and social development, in accordance with the normative requirements of the synthetic combat mechanism, strictly implementing job responsibilities, and through scientific adjustment of the investigative mode of investigation and detection, on the basis of improving and perfecting the "Triple-watch and Triple-bond" work, in order to develop a new combat mechanism in the process of conducting criminal investigations.
