摘要
针对内径锁球保持架加工中易出现锁口尺寸超差的问题,对原加工工艺进行分析,将精车内径面工序调整到钻兜孔工序之前,保持架内径锁口在钻兜孔时一次完成。解决了保持架加工效率低,锁口尺寸不合格的问题,提高了保持架加工质量。
Aimed at oversized counterbore during processing of cages for locking balls by inner diameter,the original processing technology is analyzed.The finish turning of inner diameter surface is completed before drilling of pocket,and the counterbore processed in drilling of pocket.The low processing efficiency and unqualified size of counterbore for cages are solved,and the processing quality of cages is improved.
