摘要
目的:评估吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸在慢性支气管炎合并社区获得性肺炎患者中的疗效。方法:收集2017年11月-2019年3月在苏州市第九人民医院呼吸科住院就诊的慢性支气管炎合并CAP患者50例。随机分为观察组及对照组,每组25例。对照组给予常规支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液。比较两组用药前后痰液黏稠度及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组痰液黏稠度比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.74,P>0.05),治疗后两组痰液黏稠度均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.42,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性支气管炎合并社区获得性肺炎的患者中使用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液效果显著,可改善痰液黏稠度,利于痰液的引流。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of inhaled Acetylcysteine in patients of chronic bronchitis complicated with community-acquired pneumonia.Method:From November 2017 to March 2019,50 patients with chronic bronchitis complicated with CAP hospitalized in the Respiratory Department of Suzhou Ninth people’s Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The control group was given routine support treatment,and the observation group was given inhaled Acetylcystine Solution on the basis of the control group.The sputum viscosity before and after treatment and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in sputum viscosity between the two groups before treatment(Z=-0.74,P>0.05).After treatment,the sputum viscosity of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.42,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with chronic bronchitis with community-acquired pneumonia,the effect of inhaled Acetylcysteine Solution is remarkable,which can improve sputum viscosity and facilitate sputum drainage.
