摘要
目的:观察手法复位超肩关节夹板外固定配合中医综合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年4月收治肱骨外科颈骨折患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用骨折手法复位超肩关节夹板外固定方案,治疗组在骨折手法复位超肩关节夹板外固定基础上配合中医骨折Ⅲ期辨证论治,拆除夹板外固定后加用上肢洗剂水煎外洗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后Neer肩关节功能评分优于治疗前,治疗组疼痛、功能及活动范围评分较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位超肩关节夹板外固定配合中医综合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疾病,能明显缓解患者痛苦,有利于患处功能痊愈,提高治疗疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction and external fixation of super shoulder joint splint combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture.Methods:80 patients with humeral surgical neck fractures were selected from March 2018 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and external fixation of super shoulder joint splint,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fractureⅢdialectical based on manual reduction and external fixation of super shoulder joint splint,remove the external fixation of the splint and used upper limb lotion decoction and external washing.Results:After treatment,the Neer shoulder joint function score of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and pain,function and range of activity score of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction and external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously alleviate the pain of patients,help to recover the function of the affected area and improve the therapeutic effect.
