摘要
近年来,我国城市物流快速发展,己经成为支撑人民生活和经济发展不可或缺的部分。物流配送活动方便人们生活的同时也带来了严重的环境污染、噪音污染和废气物污染等问题。自“十二五”规划以来,我国在物流行业倡导绿色和可持续的发展理念,倡导人与自然和谐相处。郑州市作为河南省会,也于2017年出台物流业转型发展的实施意见,致力于实现物流业的绿色发展与可持续发展。在这一新的国家战略背景下,建立郑州市绿色物流评价标准有着十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建城市物流绿色配送评价模型,结合郑州市绿色物流配送的现状,构建郑州市绿色物流配送评价模型,再利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行分析评价,最后根据评价的结果,提出四点发展建议。
In recent years,the rapid development of urban logistics in China has become an indis-pensable part supporting people's life and economic development.Logistics distribution activi-ties not only facilitate people's life,but also bring serious environmental pollution,noise pollu-tion and waste gas pollution.Since the 12th Five Year Plan,China has advocated the concept of green and sustainable development in the logistics industry and the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.As the capital of Henan Province,Zhengzhou also issued the implementation opinions on the transformation and development of logistics industry in 2017,committed to green and sustainable development of the logistics industry.Under this new national strategic background,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish the evaluation stan-dard of Zhengzhou green logistics.In this paper,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation meth-ods were used to build an evaluation model for green distribution of urban logistics.Combined with the current situation of Zhengzhou green logistics’distribution,the evaluation model of Zhengzhou green logistics distribution was built.Then AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods were used for analysis and evaluation.Finally,four development suggestions were put forward according to the evaluation results.
