摘要
[目的/意义]基于技术领域对不同地区创新主体专利运用方式影响研究,以期为地方政府精准评估各创新主体专利运用能力及制定相关政策提供参考。[方法/过程]以“中国专利奖”获奖专利为实证研究对象,以技术领域为自变量,研究不同地区不同类型创新主体在专利运用方式选择中是否存在差异。[结果/结论]仅依据专利运用率作为评判创新主体专利运用能力好坏的指标缺乏对主体能动性的考量,不同技术领域中不同类型创新主体不仅在专利运用率上存在差异,在专利运用方式选择上也同样存在差异。除高校外,专利转让是绝大多数类型创新主体的首选方式,创新主体间专利运用方式差异主要体现在许可和质押两方面。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the research of the influence of technology field on the patent application mode of innovators in different regions,this paper aims to provide a reference for local governments to accurately evaluate the patent application ability of innovators and formulate relevant policies.[Method/Process]This paper takes"China Patent Award"awarded invention patents as the empirical research object,takes the technology field as the independent variable,and takes the region as the perspective to study whether there are differences among different types of innovators in the choice of patent transformation mode.[Result/Conclusion]Firstly,there are differences in the choice of patent transformation mode between different regions and different types of innovators in different technological fields.Secondly,apart from universities,the patent transfer is the preferred way for most types of innovators.The differences in the choice of patent transformation methods among innovators are mainly reflected in licensing and pledge.
