摘要
电子文件的管理和利用面临着向用户需求演化的挑战,为做好电子文件信息服务与科学管理,结合用户获取信息的关注点,分析电子文件需求具有增长性、递进性和规律性的特点,并从用户需求角度出发,针对电子文件的文件类型、内容信息、信息服务,提出电子文件管理与利用策略。
The management and utilization of electronic documents are facing the challenge of evolving to users'needs.In order to do a good job in the information service and scientific management of electronic documents,this paper,according to the concerns of users'access to information,analyzes the characteristics of electronic documents,such as growth,progressiveness and regularity.From the perspective of users’needs,this paper puts forward the management and utilization strategies of electronic documents according to the types,contents and information services of electronic documents.
