摘要
本试验旨在研究短期冰水刺激对犬血常规、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。选取健康中华田园犬8只,分别在冰水刺激前、冰水刺激结束时(置于冰水0.5 h后)以及恢复0.5、1.0、3.0、7.0 h时颈静脉采血测定犬血常规、血清生化和免疫指标。结果显示:与冰水刺激前相比,短期冰水刺激可引起犬血液红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、淋巴细胞计数(Lym)、淋巴细胞百分比(Lym%)、单核细胞百分比(Mon%)以及血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性与尿素、尿酸(UA)、肌酐、补体3(C3)含量显著增加(P<0.05);各恢复时间点(0.5、1.0、3.0、7.0 h)血清AST活性、尿素含量显著升高(P<0.05);恢复1.0、3.0、7.0 h时,血液HCT、RBC、HGB和Lym%显著降低(P<0.05),血液白细胞计数(WBC)、粒细胞计数(Gran)及粒细胞百分比(Gran%)显著升高(P<0.05);恢复0.5、1.0、3.0 h时,血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性、C3含量显著升高(P<0.05);恢复1.0、3.0、7.0 h时,血清肌酐含量、ALP活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与冰水刺激结束时相比,各恢复时间点血液RBC、Lym显著降低(P<0.05),血清肌酐含量、ALP活性显著降低(P<0.05);恢复1.0、3.0、7.0 h时,血液HGB、HCT、Lym%、Mon%显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,短期冰水刺激可使犬部分血常规、血清生化和免疫指标发生显著变化,提示临床上动物在受到冰水刺激后要及时纠正血常规、血清生化和免疫指标的变化,增强机体免疫力,缓解冰水刺激对动物的持续危害。
The present study was to explore the effects of short-term ice water stimulation on blood routine,serum biochemical and immune indexes of canines.In this experiment,eight healthy Chinese rural dogs were selected and the blood samples were collected from the jugular vein for the determination of canine blood routine and serum biochemical and immune indexes before ice water stimulation,at the end of ice water stimulation(after 0.5 h in ice water)and 0.5,1.0,3.0,and 7.0 h after the ice water stimulation.The results showed as follows:compared with before ice water stimulation,red blood cells count(RBC),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),lymphocytes count(Lym),lymphocyte percentage(Lym%),monocyte percentage(Mon%)in blood and the activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and the contents of urea,uric acid(UA),creatinine,complement 3(C3)in serum were significantly increased at the end of ice water stimulation(P<0.05);at each recovery time point(0.5,1.0,3.0 and 7.0 h),serum AST activities and urea content were significantly increased(P<0.05);at recovery time of 1.0,3.0 and 7.0 h,blood HCT,RBC,HGB and Lym%were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while blood white blood cells count(WBC),granulocyte count(Gran)and granulocyte percentage(Gran%)were significantly increased(P<0.05);serum creatine kinase(CK)activity and C3 content were significantly increased at recovery time of 0.5,1.0 and 3.0 h(P<0.05),however,serum creatinine content and ALP activity were significantly decreased at recovery time of 1.0,3.0 and 7.0 h(P<0.05).Compared with the end of ice water stimulation,blood RBC and Lym were significantly decreased at each recovery time points(P<0.05),and serum creatinine content and ALP activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05);however,blood HGB,HCT,Lym% and Mon% were decreased significantly at recovery time of 1.0,3.0 and 7.0 h(P<0.05).The results indicate that short-term ice water stimulation can significantly change some blood routine,serum biochemical and immune indexes of canines,and suggest that the animals should in time to correct the changes of blood routine and serum biochemical and immune indexes,enhance the body immunity,and alleviate the continuous harm when animals are stimulated by ice water.
