热重法测定钢渣中游离氧化钙 被引量:2

Determination of free calcium oxide in steel slag by thermogravimetry

摘要 介绍了一种准确测定钢渣中游离氧化钙(f-CaO)含量的物理检测方法--热重法。该方法用磨制粒度不大于0.075 mm的钢渣试样进行蒸煮,使钢渣试样中的f-CaO全部水解后,在热分析仪上采用热重法检测出钢渣中f-CaO的水解产物Ca(OH)2和CaCO3在特定温度点的热分解失重,从而根据热分解反应方程式和热分解失重量推算出钢渣中的f-CaO的含量。该方法影响检测结果的干扰因素少,检测结果准确可靠。 Thermogravimetric method which was physical method for the accurate determination of free calcium oxide(f-CaO)in steel slag,was introduced. Steel slag samples with grinding particle size less than 0.075 mm wed to cook.After all the free calcium oxide in steel slag samples was hydrolyzed completely,the thermal decomposition weightlessness of Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 from free calcium oxide in steel slag at specific temperature points was detected by thermogravimetric method on the thermal analyzer. According to the thermal decomposition reaction equation and the heat decomposition weight loss,the content of the free calcium oxide in the steel slag was calculated. This method had few interference factors affecting the test results,and the test results were accurate and reliable.
