摘要
习近平现代大农业理论坚持马克思主义农业理论的内在机理不变,把生产力的高度发展、土地要素的国有化和经营方式的多元化作为发展社会主义现代农业的核心要素,为乡村振兴提供了行动指南。在实践中,创新农业理论观点,变通农业发展战略举措,不断完善承包地“三权分置”制度,探寻“统分”效益最大化结合点;用发展新理念破解“三农”新难题,厚植农业农村发展优势;着力构建“三大体系”,提高农业发展质量和竞争力;提升农民职业地位,实现对人们价值取向的引领和农业价值功能的重新定位,激发了乡村振兴的活力。其所蕴含的生态文化性、守正出新性和合势共生性是乡村振兴的现代化奋斗目标。
Xi Jinping’s modern agricultural theory adhere to Marx’s thought of socialist agricultural development,deeply answering how to develop the socialist modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics and containing rich scientific connotations.The key for socialist to realizing agricultural modernization lies in reasonable control of ownership,moderate adjustment of management and stimulation of the vitality of social productive forces.In practice,Xi Jinping’s modern agricultural theory constantly improve the“three rights division”system of rural contracted land,innovate new concept of agricultural development to solve new problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,strive to build“three systems”to improve the quality and competitiveness of agricultural development,and promote the professional status of farmers to realize the guidance of people’s value orientation and the reorientation of agricultural value function.Xi Jinping’s modern agricultural theory is a unity of ecology and culture,a generative unity of science and morality,as well the co-existing with the times.
