摘要
运用三阶段DEA模型研究我国2015年工业各行业的生态效率及其影响因素,研究表明:外部环境等非经营性因素会显著影响工业行业生态效率,剥离这一因素后,各行业生态效率均获得大幅提升,这说明非经营性因素对提升生态效率作用很明显。因此,提升行业利润率水平、增大外商直接投资、强化R&D投入强度和市场化产权结构均能显著地促进行业生态效率的改善。进一步对比分析后发现,工业生态效率存在显著的行业异质性,污染排放强度越低、资本使用量越多和市场竞争越充分的行业,其生态效率表现得越好。因此,当前需要根据不同的行业特征实施差异化的环境和产业政策。
In this paper,the three-stage DEA model is used to study the ecological efficiency and its influencing factors of various industries in China in 2015.Research shows that non-operational factors such as external environment will significantly affect the ecological efficiency of industrial industries.After stripping this factor,the ecological efficiency of all industries has been greatly improved,which shows that non-operational factors play an obvious role in improving ecological efficiency.Therefore,improving the level of industry profit margin,increasing foreign direct investment,strengthening R&D investment intensity and market-oriented property rights structure can significantly promote the improvement of industry ecological efficiency.After further comparative analysis,it is found that there is significant industry heterogeneity in industrial ecological efficiency.The lower the intensity of pollution emission,the more capital use and the more sufficient market competition,the better the performance of industrial ecological efficiency.Therefore,different environmental and industrial policies need to be implemented according to different industry characteristics.
