摘要
针对液压挖掘机动臂流量再生问题,对液压挖掘机动臂流量再生节能系统展开了研究。借助AMESim搭建了流量再生系统仿真模型,通过仿真得到了动臂油缸活塞位移速度曲线、动臂油缸压力流量曲线及再生流量曲线,对有无流量再生阀的动臂油缸位移速度进行了对比仿真,最后研究了流量再生阀开启压力和动臂油缸小腔回油背压对流量再生系统动态特性的影响。研究结果表明:流量再生阀系统的动臂油缸活塞伸出速度可达0.34 m/s;增大流量再生阀开启压力,动臂油缸大腔压力增大,活塞速度减小;动臂油缸小腔回油背压增大,动臂油缸活塞速度降低,系统再生流量减小。
Aiming at the problem of flow regeneration of hydraulic excavator boom,the flow regeneration energy saving system of hydraulic excavator boom was researched.The simulation model of the flow regeneration system was built based on AMESim.The piston displacement,the piston velocity,the pressure and flow curves of boom cylinder and the regeneration flow curves were obtained through simulation respec-tively.The piston displacement and velocity curves of boom cylinder were compared and simulated when the system has the flow regeneration valve or not.At last,the influence of the flow regeneration valve opening pressure and back pressure on the small cavity of boom cylinder on the dynamic characteristics of flow regeneration system was studied and researched.The results show that the piston outward velocity of boom cylinder for the flow regeneration energy saving system can be increased to 0.34 m/s.When the flow regeneration valve opening pressure in-creases,the pressure on the large chamber of boom cylinder increases,but the piston speed of boom cylinder decreases.When back pressure on the small chamber of boom cylinder increases,piston speed of boom cylinder decreases,and the system regeneration flow decreases.
