摘要
为明确生物炭在反季节露地樱桃番茄种植农田施用后的效果,采用大田试验,研究了不同生物炭施用水平(0:CK,5000kg/hm^2,10000kg/hm^2,20000kg/hm^2)对樱桃番茄生长发育、产量及品质指标的影响。研究结果表明:生物炭处理下樱桃番茄的叶片数都要显著高于CK处理;10000kg/hm^2和20000kg/hm^2生物炭处理较CK能够显著提高樱桃番茄叶面积、叶轴长、SPAD值和干物质量;且10000kg/hm^2生物炭处理下樱桃番茄茎粗显著高于CK。生物炭施用后,10000kg/hm^2和20000kg/hm^2处理樱桃番茄产量分别比对照显著增产22.14%和27.11%,具体表现为单株果数、单穗果数和单果重的增加。生物炭处理较CK可以显著降低樱桃番茄果实中硝酸盐和可滴定酸的含量;且10000kg/hm^2生物炭处理与CK相比能显著提高樱桃番茄果实番茄红素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性糖含量。结合隶属函数与主成分分析结果表明,不同生物炭施用量对樱桃番茄影响不同,10000kg/hm^2可作为反季节露地樱桃番茄最佳的生物炭施用量。
In order to clarify the effect of biochar on open-field planting cherry tomato in the counter season,a field experiment was performed to investigate the effect of different biochar application levels(0:CK,5 000kg/hm^2,10 000kg/hm^2,20 000 kg/hm^2)on the growth,yield and quality index of cherry tomato.The results showed that the leaf number of cherry tomato treated with biochar was significantly higher than that of CK treatment.Application of biochar at 10 000 kg/hm^2 and 20 000 kg/hm^2 signifcantly increased the leaf area,rachis length,SPAD values and dry matter weight per plant of cherry tomato;the stem diameter of cherry tomato treated with 10 000 kg/hm^2 biochar was significantly higher than that of CK.After the application of biological carbon,the yield of cherry tomato treated with 10 000 kg/hm^2 and 20 000 kg/hm^2 was 22.14%and 27.11%higher than that of the control,respectively.It was shown that the number of the single plant,the number of the single ear and the weight of the single fruit are increased.Compared with CK,biochar treatment could significantly reduce the content of nitrate and titratable acid in cherry tomato fruit.Also compared with CK,the biological carbon treatment of 10 000 kg/hm^2 can significantly increase the content of lycopene,soluble protein,soluble solid,vitamin C and soluble sugar in cherry tomato fruit.The result of subordination function method and principal component analysis showed that different biochar application rates had different effects on cherry tomato,and 10 000 kg/hm^2 could be used as the best biochar application rate for open-field cherry tomato in counter season.
