Determination of Phenolic Compounds in Soil by Ultrasonic Extraction-gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了超声波提取-气相色谱法测定土壤中酚类化合物的方法。采用二氯甲烷/正己烷混合液萃取土壤中的酚类化合物,提取液经净化、浓缩后,经气相色谱进行分离测定。通过提取方式、提取时间、检出限、精密度及准确度的测定,结果表明:间歇式提取2次,效果最佳;酚类化合物含量在1.00~100mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.996~0.999。以10g土壤样品计,方法检出限为0.01~0.03mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.0%~10.2%,土壤标准样品测定结果均在可接受范围内。 An effective method was developed to determine phenolic compounds in soil by ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography.The soil sample was extracted with methylene dichloride-hexane.The extract was purified by alkaline aqueous solution,and then extracted with methylene dichloride-ethyl acetate,and determined by GC-FID.The extraction method,extraction time,method detection limit,precision and accuracy were determined.The results showed that intermittent extraction twice has best effect.When the content of phenolic compounds is in the range of 1.00~100 mg/L,the method had good linearity with R=0.996~0.999,and the detection limits of the method was 0.01~0.03 mg/kg for about 10 g soil samples.The relative standard deviations(RSD)is in the range of 1.0%~10.2%.The measured results of the standard soil samples were all within the acceptable range.
