摘要
近年来不良校园贷案件呈高发态势,因其手段隐秘、形式多变、危害大,已成为当前理论界和实务界亟须解决的问题。本文在法律的视角下研究大学生在校园贷案件中的权利救济机制,在分析校园贷特点及危害、调研校园贷法律规制现状等的基础上,从立法、司法执法、高校等角度提出了大学生在校园贷中的权利救济措施。
In recent years, the campus loan case has been in a high-risk situation. The hidden secrets, the variety of forms, and the great harm have become an urgent problem for the theoretical and practical circles. This paper studies the rights relief mechanism of college students in campus loan cases from the perspective of law. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and harms of campus loans, and investigating the status quo of campus loan legal regulation, this paper proposes college students on campus from the perspectives of legislation, judicial enforcement and universities.
