摘要
简要梳理国外在韧性城市方面的研究成果。结合我国超大城市的概念,分析我国超大城市因“超级密度”“快速转型”“多灾并发”等因素造成的对城市韧性的挑战,并从事先预防、综合应对、发挥制度优势等方面提出了若干对策。
The text summarizes the foreign countries' research achievements on flexible cities briefly. Combined with the concept of Chinese megacities, the text analyzes Chinese megacities' challenge to urban flexibility caused due to such factors as "super density""fast transformation""concurrency of many disasters" and raises several countermeasures from the aspects such as prior precaution, comprehensive countermeasures and playing the system advantages.
