摘要
通过对人文社科领域博士的问卷调查发现,在课堂讨论、项目参与、前沿涉猎、跨学科学习和导师交流5个方面的学术经历中,导师交流得分最高,前沿涉猎得分最低。在博士学位论文质量的自评上,博士对学位论文的综合质量评价较高、成果创新性评价较低。回归分析显示,项目参与对博士学位论文的综合质量、前沿涉猎、创新性均有显著正效应,课堂讨论、跨学科学习和导师交流对博士学位论文的综合质量和成果创新性均没有显著效应。
Based on the survey data of doctors,it is found that doctors in humanities and social sciences score highest on communication with mentor and lowest on forefront experience among five aspects of the academic experience,including class discussion,program involvement,forefront experience,interdisciplinary learning,and communication with mentor.Doctors evaluate the overall quality of their dissertations highly while evaluate innovation lowly.Regression analysis shows that program involvement has a significant positive effect on the overall quality of doctoral dissertations,and forefront experience has a significant positive effect on their innovation.However,class discussion,interdisciplinary learning and communication with mentor have no significant effect on the overall quality or innovation of doctoral dissertations.
