摘要
近年来,随着我国经济进入新常态以及互联网、人工智能、大数据等新兴技术对各行各业的改造升级,每年800多万大学毕业生的就业问题逐渐成为政府和全社会关注的焦点。为了更好地帮助大学生实现准确就业,文章对新时期高校如何开展更高质量的就业指导进行了探索,论述了我国高校在对大学生开展就业指导时存在的工作方法单一、内容浅显、缺乏针对性等问题,对高校未能提供高质量就业指导的原因进行了分析,并理论结合实际,提出了通过创新大学生就业指导服务理念、完善产教融合的校企合作模式、建设就业指导专家队伍、打造就业指导精品课程、更新就业指导内容和方法、加大创新创业教育工作力度等方式,帮助学生深刻认知自我和职业,提升就业创业能力,为国家创新驱动发展提供宝贵的人力和智力支持。
In recent years,as China's economy enters a new normal and the Internet,artificial intelligence,big data and other emerging technologies upgrade the transformation of all walks of life,the employment of more than 8 million college graduates each year has gradually become the focus of attention of the government and the whole society.In order to better help college students to achieve accurate employment,this paper explores how to carry out higher quality employment guidance in colleges and universities in the new era,discusses the problems existing in the employment guidance for college students in China,such as single working method,simple content and lack of pertinence,and analyses the reasons why colleges and universities fail to provide high quality employment guidance,and combines theory with practice.In fact,it is proposed to help students deeply understand themselves and their careers,enhance their ability of employment and entrepreneurship,and drive national innovation by innovating the service concept of employment guidance for college students,improving the school-enterprise cooperation mode of integration of industry and education,building the team of employment guidance experts,creating excellent courses of employment guidance,renewing the content and methods of employment guidance,and intensifying the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Development provides valuable human and intellectual support.
