摘要
现代职业教育理念是强调培养适应社会发展需求,且具备一定劳动技能的专业性人才的一种非常符合实际的教育理念。在此种教育理念下,无论是对任教的高职院校辅导员的知识水平还是技能水平的要求均相对较高,高职院校辅导员是否具备合格的职业能力决定着职业院校能否良性发展,甚至影响着国家现代职业教育体系的建设步伐。
The concept of modern vocational education is a very practical educational concept that emphasizes the cultivation of professional talents who meet the needs of social development and have certain labor skills. Under this educational concept, both the knowledge level and the skill level of the counselors in higher vocational colleges are relatively high. Does the qualification of vocational college counselors have qualified professional ability? Benign development has even affected the pace of building a modern vocational education system in the country.
