摘要
为评估全面取消药品加成为核心的医疗服务价格改革对患者医疗费用的影响,以新疆维吾尔自治区某三甲公立医院为例,利用该院2017年1月~2018年1月的门诊、住院患者医疗总费用、次均费用及药品费用等样本数据,分析了该院在2017年8月31日22时医疗服务价格调整前后的患者次均费用及药占比变化情况,进而提出了有效减轻患者医疗费用负担的措施。
In order to evaluate the impact of comprehensive medical price reform on the medical expenses of patients,taking the third Grade A public hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example and Using the sample data such as expenses,sub-costs and drug costs of outpatient and inpatient medical care from January2017 to January 2018,the paper analyzes the changes in the average cost and proportion of patients before and after the adjustment of the medical service price at 22 o’clock on August 31,2017,and proposes effective measures to relieve patients’ financial burdens.
