摘要
目的调查成都市某三甲医院实习护生离职意愿现状,分析导致其离职意愿的主要原因,为临床带教工作提供建议,制定应对措施,降低离职意愿。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月于成都市某三甲医院实习的护生(实习期>6个月)共计242名,填写实习护生离职意愿问卷调查表,采用描述性统计分析、线性回归分析等方法对问卷结果进行统计学分析;并选取30名实习护生进行现场访谈调查。结果实习护生离职意愿TIS得分为(19.10±4.90)分,导致实习护生产生离职意愿的主要原因有:工作满意度、工作压力及身心健康。结论实习护生离职意愿高,在今后的临床带教工作中,建议加强对实习护生的关注,降低其实习压力,提高其身心健康和工作满意度,从而降低其离职意愿。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the turnover intention of nursing students in a tertiary hospital in Chengdu, analyze the main reasons leading to their turnover intention, and provide suggestions for clinical teaching,formulate countermeasures, and reduce their turnover intention. Methods 242 nursing students who were trained in a tertiary hospital of Chengdu from June 2017 to June 2018(internship period >6 months) were chosen for the questionnaire related to turnover intention. Descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the results of the questionnaire. Meanwhile, 30 nursing students were selected for investigation through on-site interview. Results The average score of demission intention during the internship was 19.1±4.9, and the main reasons were: job satisfaction, working pressure,and health consideration. Conclusion The turnover intention of nursing students was high. In the future clinical teaching and management, it is suggested to pay more attentions to nursing students in the clinical teaching, reducing their internship pressure, improving their physical and mental health, and also job satisfaction, to reduce the turnover intention.
