摘要
2022年冬奥会是我国滑雪产业升级的重要机遇,明确我国滑雪产业升级需求是对滑雪产业发展进程的重要推动,是保障我国冬奥会顺利举办的有效依托。以文献资料、专家访谈和实地调研为研究方法,对我国滑雪产业升级的内在需求进行探究。研究表明:我国滑雪产业升级需要优化滑雪产业结构、优化滑雪产业生产要素、提升滑雪产业管理水平和提高滑雪产品质量。其中,优化滑雪产业结构应提升滑雪用品业、滑雪机械制造业创新能力和滑雪竞赛业比例,并协调其他滑雪产业组成;优化滑雪产业生产要素需要针对雪场建设与规划、滑雪人口与专业人才培养及产业技术研发创新分别进行;提升滑雪产业管理水平则应规范滑雪市场和形成滑雪产业的法制化;而提高滑雪产品质量需要质量化打造"大型滑雪旅游度假区",引领建设"滑雪名都"并全面推进"滑雪用具本土品牌"。
The 2022 Winter Olympic Games is an important opportunity for the upgrading of China’s ski industry, and that making clear the upgrading demand is an important impetus for the development process of ski industry, and can ensure the smooth running of the Winter Olympic Games in China. Based on literature review, expert interviews and field research methods, the specific upgrading requirements of China’s skiing industry are explored. The research shows that the upgrading of the ski industry needs to optimize the industry structure and the factors of the production, improve the management level and the quality of skiing products. Among them, optimizing the industry structure should improve the proportion of skiing goods, skiing machinery manufacturing and skiing competition, and coordinate the composition of other skiing industry;Optimizing the production factors needs to be carried out respectively for the construction and planning of snow parks, the training of skiing population and professional talents, and the innovation of industrial technology research and development;To improve the management level should standardize the skiing market and form the legalization;To Improve the quality of ski products, we need to build "large-scale ski resorts", build "ski famous city", and promote " local ski equipment brands".
