摘要
鸭绿江流域自然资源、旅游资源丰富,区位条件优越,地缘优势明显。但是,流域内产业发展基本处于初级水平,主要表现为资源利用率低、产品加工能力低、产业合作水平低和产业发展规模小(简称"三低一小")。同时,流域内城市大多属于资源型城市,产业结构单一,产业关联度弱,产业链条短,经济发展模式粗放。因此,研究该流域地区产业优化与布局,对接国家提出的"一带一路"倡议,落实习近平总书记在东北三省考察时,推进东北振兴座谈会讲话精神,实现振兴东北战略具有重要意义。
Though there are rich natural and tourism resources as well as remarkable locational and geographical advantages,the industry development in the Yalu River basin has still been at an elementary level,displaying as low resource utilization,weak product processing capability,insufficient industry cooperation and small industry development scale.Besides,most cities in the basin are resource-based cities with single industry structure,weak industry relevancy,short industrial chain and extensive economic development model.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the industry optimization and arrangement in that area.
