摘要
以高固含量水性聚氨酯为树脂浆料,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,采用发泡工艺制备了透气性优异的合成革基革(贝斯)。通过扫描电镜和Image-Pro Plus软件表征了发泡贝斯的微观结构形态,研究了AC用量对合成革贝斯形态结构和性能的影响规律。结果表明,配合发泡助剂尿素一起使用,发泡剂AC的分解温度可以降低到聚氨酯树脂的干燥温度范围,AC经乳化后可以均匀地分散在水性树脂浆料中;当发泡剂AC质量分数为0. 3%(基于树脂固体分)时,胶膜具有透气性和强度的良好平衡,胶膜的比表面积为1. 09 m2/g,约为发泡前的33倍;且泡孔大小相当,分布均匀,合成革贝斯具有良好的透气性能和较高的拉伸强度。
A foamed synthetic leather base was prepared by using high solid content waterborne polyurethane emulsion and foaming agent azodicarbonamide (AC) as the main materials. The micro-structure of the foamed base was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and analyzed by the Image-Pro Plus software. The effects of dosages of foaming agent azodicarbonamide(AC) on the structure and properties of the base film were studied. The results indicated that, the decomposition temperature of AC could be reduced to the drying temperature range of polyurethane resin by adding the foaming auxiliary urea. When the dosage of AC was 0.30%(based on resin solid content), a good balance of permeability and tensile strength were achieved, which could improve the gas permeability of synthetic leather with excellent tensile strength. The specific surface area of the film was 1.09 m^2/g, which increased to about 33 times.
