摘要
随着大数据技术在教育教学领域的应用推进,数据驱动教学时代已经到来。作为数据驱动教学时代的核心参与者,教师不仅要拥有扎实的专业技能,还需要具备良好的数据素养。文章在探讨教师数据素养内涵与价值的基础上,重点分析了美国教师数据素养的发展脉络、理论基础和发展框架,进而探讨了对我国教师数据素养发展的启示:政府发挥领导作用、区域统筹资源配置、学校营造数据环境和教师培养数据意识,以期对我国教师数据素养的发展提供有益的借鉴。
With the application advance of big data technology in the field of education and teaching, the era of data-driven teaching has arrived. As core participators in the data-driven teaching era, teachers not only requires solid professional skills but also good data literacy. Based on the discussion on the connotation and value of teachers’ data literacy, the paper focused on the developmental context, theoretical basis and developmental framework of teachers’ data literacy in the United States. Meanwhile, its enlightenment to the development of teacher data literacy in China was explored, which included governments playing a leading role, regions coordinating resource allocation, schools building data environment, teachers training data awareness, expecting to provide useful reference for the development of domestic teachers’ data literacy.
