摘要
学科建设是科研单位工作的龙头,加强学科建设是农业科研院所提升核心竞争力的重要途径。学科内部治理结构、运行模式和运行机制是实现学科可持续发展的重要保障。文章阐述了基于技术创新的农业科研院所学科建设的基本特征和内涵,以江苏省农业科学院重点学科建设为例,重点分析了学科内部治理结构、运行模式与运行机制,并针对推动学科内涵性发展工作中存在的一些共性问题,提出了建立行之有效的学科建设运行模式、调整和优化学科力量布局、加强科技创新人才的培养和团队建设、完善学科运行内部管理制度和机制等建议,以期为农业科研院所开展学科建设工作提供新的思路。
Discipline construction is a priority work of research institutions.Strengthening discipline construction is vital for agricultural research institutions to improve core competitiveness.A sustainable discipline development cannot be realized without a complete management structure,self-driven operation mode and operating mechanism.This paper aimed to explore the basic characteristics and connotation of innovation-oriented discipline construction of agricultural research institutions.With the construction of key disciplines of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the management structure,operation mode and operating mechanism of the disciplines were analyzed.To solve some common problems in discipline construction,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide new insights for discipline construction of agricultural research institutions,which.included setting up effective operation mode of discipline construction,adjusting and optimizing discipline strengthen distribution,strengthening scientific innovative talents′ training and construction of teamwork,perfecting internal operation mode and system,etc.
