摘要
财务共享服务是一种新型财务管理模式,是企业财务转型升级之道。财务共享服务中心建设路径应包括战略定位、蓝图设计、信息平台搭建、运营优化等4个步骤。根据企业特点,财务共享服务中心采用多种不同的建设方案和模式。财务共享服务信息平台是建设财务共享服务中心的关键要素。但财务共享中心的建设,不仅是实施信息系统,而且需要做好整体业务规划。
Financial sharing service is a new type of financial management mode,which is the way of enterprise financial transformation and upgrading.The construction path of Financial Sharing Service Center should include four steps:strategic positioning,blueprint design,information platform construction and operation optimization.According to the characteristics of the enterprise,the financial sharing service center can adopt a variety of different construction schemes and modes.Financial sharing service information platform is the key element of building financial sharing service center.However,the construction of Financial Sharing Center is not only to implement a set of information systems,but also to do a good job of overall business planning.
