跨坐式单轨转向架水平轮轴承损伤分析及解决方案

摘要 为研究跨坐式单轨转向架水平轮小轴承损伤问题,对小轴承损伤形式及损伤规律进行分析和统计。通过对水平轮设计结构、轴承运用工况、润滑脂润滑特性及轴承安装游隙等影响因素的分析,确定了小轴承损坏的根本原因是轴承润滑不良,直接原因是滚子打滑,同时针对轴承损伤原因提出3点解决方案,并对采取新方案的小轴承进行装车试验。试验结果表明:新方案可有效降低小轴承损伤风险,延长小轴承使用寿命,值得在跨坐式单轨转向架水平轮中推广应用。 In order to study the damages of bogie horizontal wheel bearing for straddle monorail,the damage forms and damage rules of the small bearing are analyzed and counted.By analyzing influential factors like the horizontal wheel design structure,bearing working conditions,grease lubrication characteristics and bearing installation clearance and so on,the fundamental cause for the small bearing damage is identified as the bad lubrication of bearings,which directly caused the roller slip.On this basis,3 measures are proposed to solve the bearing damage problems,and are implemented in the running test for the small bearing that adopts a new scheme.The test result shows that the new scheme can effectively reduce the risk of small bearing damage and prolong its service life,and therefore can be widely applied in the horizontal wheel bearing for straddle monorail bogie.
