摘要
档案信息资源建设是档案事业发展的基础。在"互联网+"环境下,档案信息资源与公众用户间的互动反馈日益紧密,众包模式成为公众参与到档案事业发展中的有效方式。本文在解析档案信息资源建设新需求和新趋势的基础上,结合实践案例从公众参与的视角介绍档案众包模式中的接收参与、资源优化、资源创建、行为分析和管理流程纳入等五种参与方式,并针对档案众包模式中存在的用户行为不可控、成果质量良莠不齐和信息环境存在潜在风险等问题,探索性地提出推广激励、质量审核和安全防范等三项保障机制。
Archival information resources construction is the foundation of archival undertaking. Under the environment of "Internet +", the interaction and feedback between archival information resources and public users are becoming increasingly close. Crowdsourcing mode should be an effective way for the public to participate in archival undertaking. Based on the analysis of the new demand and trend of archives information resources construction, this paper analyzes the five main effective ways of archives crowdsourcing model in the process of resource construction, which are receiving participation, resource optimization, resource creation, behavior analysis and incorporation into the management process from the perspective of public participation with practical cases. Potential problems, such as uncontrollable users, uneven quality of products and information environment crisis, are explored and three guarantee mechanisms, namely promotion incentive, quality assurance and safety precaution, are proposed.
