摘要
随着网络设备的普及以及技术的发展,网络在越来越多的方面参与了人们的生活,网民的网络生活在人们的生活中所占的比例逐渐增加。因此,对网民的网络生活进行评价是十分必要的。其结果可以引导网络治理的方向,为网民创造更舒适、更文明、更健康的网络美好生活。网络安全问题、个人信息泄露问题、伦理道德问题是对网络社会质量和网民网络生活质量产生影响的典型问题。为此,要建构高质量的社群网络生活质量和个人网络生活质量,提高网民在线生活质量。
With the rapid advancement of information technology and the growing popularity of Internet-Enabled smart devices, the Internet has become a necessity in people’s everyday life. Online activities of an average individual continue to grow into an increasingly essential daily routine – the network life. Thus, it has become necessary to evaluate the quality of people’s network life. The result of such evaluation could provide leads and directions for cyberspace management, build a more comfortable, more civilized, healthier, and better life for internet users, and hence improve the cyberspace environment for all the Internet users. This paper analyzes the divergence and convergence of the network social quality and the quality of network life by discussing the Internet users’ quality of network life from a network social quality point of view;the meaning and extent of Network social quality will also be covered later in the discussion in search of means and methods that may enhance people’s online experience.
