摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,"互联网+"便为现代农业发展开辟了全新的方向和趋势,同时为转变农业发展方式提供了全新的路径和方法。农村电商有利于进一步提升农业发展质量、培育乡村发展新动能。立足我国农村电商的发展现状,剖析农村电商发展中存在的问题,具体包括电商基础设施建设不完善,农村电商市场监管力度不强,农村电商市场不完善且缺乏专业人才,农村电商分布不均匀,发展不平衡,针对问题提出推进农村电商高效化发展的路径优化建议。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision-making arrangement made by the party's 19th National Congress.The"Internet+"has opened up a new direction and trend for the development of modern agriculture,and at the same time provides a new path and method for transforming the agricultural development mode.Rural e-commerce is conducive to further improving the quality of agricultural development and cultivating new kinetic energy for rural development.Based on the development status of rural e-commerce in China,it analyzes the problems existing in the development of rural e-commerce,including the imperfect construction of e-commerce infrastructure,the weak supervision of rural e-commerce market,the imperfect rural e-commerce market,the lack of professional talents,uneven distribution of e-commerce and unbalanced development,and proposes the path optimization proposal for promoting the efficient development of rural e-commerce for the problems.
