摘要
改革开放40年来,中国的体育法治建设和体育法学研究取得了一系列成就,对"体育法学是什么"这一本源问题展开了初步回答,在知识增量上完成了初步积累,在成果转换上开始服务实践,在中国主流学术界已经初具竞争力。在基础理论、行业体育法和部门体育法领域,我国体育法学的研究已经能够发现现实中存在的问题,提炼学术上的话题,并给出直接的命题加以论证。体育法学研究构成了体育强国建设的重要支撑。在新时代,应当加大体育法学研究的问题导向,提炼体育法学研究的内在法理,深化体育法学研究的实践关怀,拓展体育法学研究的国际视野。
Objective: A series of achievements have been acquired on the construction of rule of law of Chinese sports and research of sports law.There are primary answers as for the question that what sports law is,accumulations as for the acknowledge of sports law,practice of making service for the society and competition ability in Chinese mainstream academics.In the field of basic theory,industry sports law and section sports law,the research of Chinese sports law have developed the ability to find the questions,sum up the problem and finally give and argue the thesis.The research of sports law is the indiscerptible part of the construction of powerful sports nation.In the new era,the research of sports law should enlarge the issue - oriented awareness,refine the inner legal theory for sports law,deepen the care of practice of sports phenomenon,and widen the view of international research.
