摘要
分析了英国利兹城市大学教授哈特利所著的《运动、体育休闲与法律》一书,认为与传统教科书相比,此书具有如下优势:受众更具针对性;内容更具趣味性;注重能力的培养;注重课堂学习与课外学习的结合;语言风格明快,富有感情色彩。该书虽然对培养学生的自主与互动学习成效显著,但仍存在一些不足:内容上与体育法学关联度不够;体系上框架不尽合理;形式上无段落标引,不利于教师指引。
Based on the analysis of Hartley’s book,Sports,Leisure and Law,which is written by Professor Hartley of Leeds City University in England,it is concluded that compared with traditional textbooks,this book has the following advantages.The audience should be more targeted.The content should be more interesting.People should pay attention to the cultivation of ability.People should pay attention to the combination of classroom learning and extracurricular learning.Language style should be bright with emotional color,etc.The book has a remarkable effect on cultivating students’autonomy and interactive learning,but there is still room for progress.The content is not sufficiently related to sports law.The frame is not obvious in system and there is no paragraph indexing in form.It’s not good for teachers’guidance.
