摘要
微信公众平台以其信息传播快捷及时、传播方式生动形象、传播内容丰富多样等特点,增强了高校就业指导的时效性、针对性、多元性,但也存在用户粘性不高,功能认识不到位,管理机制不健全等问题。从多途径扩大宣传,提升公众号用户量、活跃度;全方位把握学生需求,增强内容吸引力、感染力;挖掘平台潜在功能,提供个性化就业服务;形成专业化平台运营团队,打造就业指导品牌等方面提出改进建议。
With its unique advantages, WeChat public platform has been widely used in college employment guidance. Its information dissemination is fast and timely, its communication mode is vivid, and its content is rich and diverse. It enhances the timeliness of employment guidance in colleges and universities. However, the WeChat public platform still has some problems such as low user stickiness, lack of functional understanding, and imperfect management mechanism in the employment guidance application of colleges and universities. We should expand publicity from multiple ways to improve the number of users of public accounts; comprehensively grasp the needs of students to enhance the attractiveness and appeal of the content; explore the potential functions of the platform to provide personalized employment services; form a professional platform operation team, and create a brand of employment guidance.
