摘要
为了提高船舶的能源利用效率以及探索节能型的船舶空调系统,据船舶空调和柴油机余热的特点,结合海洋环境,提出了余热梯级驱动的溶液除湿空调系统,主要包括沸腾溶液再生技术和露点蒸发冷却技术。参照标准选定船舶空调的内外计算参数,对船舶舱室内的显热负荷和潜热负荷进行计算,确定了船舶空调系统的送风量、送风状态点。并对船舶余热梯级驱动的溶液除湿空调系统进行了可行性分析,研究结果验证了溶液除湿露点蒸发冷却系统的可行性,并减小了船舶空调的能耗。
In order to improve the energy efficiency of ships and explore energy-saving ship airconditioning systems,according to the characteristics of ship air conditioning and diesel engine waste heat,combined with the marine environment,a solution for desiccant-driven desiccant air conditioners with waste heat is proposed.The system mainly includes boiling solution regeneration technology and dew point evaporation cooling technology.With reference to the standard,the internal and external calculation parameters of the ship's air conditioner are selected.The sensible heat load and latent heat load in the ship cabin are calculated,and the air supply volume and air supply state point of the ship air conditioning system are determined.The feasibility analysis of the solution dehumidification air conditioning system driven by the residual heat step of the ship was carried out.The research results verify the feasibility of the solution dehumidification dew point evaporative cooling system and reduce the energy consumption of the ship air conditioner.
