摘要
随着高等教育事业的不断发展,高校贫困生资助工作已经取得显著成绩。但是,在资助对象的认定、学生资助工作的队伍建设、资助对象的心理关怀等层面仍然存在一系列问题。针对上述情况,需要深入探讨诱发问题的历史根源。本文认为,通过建立科学的贫困生审核制度、强化诚信教育、完善隐性的贫困生资助机制等措施,可确保贫困生资助工作的顺利进行,推动高等教育事业又好又快地发展。
With the continuous development of higher education,financial assistance to poor students in colleges has made remarkable achievements. However,there are still problems in the aspects of target recognition,team building of student support and psychological care. In view of the above problems,we need to clarify the historical roots of the causes,establish a stable and dynamic audit system for poor students,improve the educational security mechanism of subsidizing and educating people,and constantly promote the construction of financial aid teams,so as to ensure the effective development of the work of subsidizing poor students. This will provide a strong support for the healthy and rapid development of higher education.
