摘要
英国的创业教育比较成功,已经建立了完整的学科体系,形成了较为成熟的创业人才培养模式。2011年韶关学院与北安普顿大学联合办学、协同培养创业人才,取得了一定的成果;但存在课程设置不合理、评价体系不科学、专业教师缺乏等问题,需要在借鉴北安普顿大学经验的基础上,创新课程体系、完善评价机制,优化教师队伍结构,健全创业人才培养支撑体系,构建"专业教育"与"通识教育"相结合的创业人才培养模式。
Britain is relatively successful in entrepreneurial education,achieving a complete discipline system and establishing relatively mature model of talents cultivation.Northampton is one of British outstandinguniversities in entrepreneurial education,which has co-operated in education with Shaoguan University since2011,and has achieved certain results.But some problems remain in courses arrangement,evaluation and teachers.Based on learning from Northampton,it is necessary to innovate the courses,perfect the evaluation mechanism,optimize teaching staff,complete education support,and establish a talents cultivation model of integrating the professionally entrepreneurial education with the generalizededucation.
