摘要
民族教育质量监测与全国基础教育质量监测相比,有它自己的独特性,具体体现在监测目标、监测对象、监测内容、监测工具、结果反馈等五个方面。在工作中,应引导教育行政部门和工作人员正确认识民族教育质量监测的目的和作用;加强制度建设,完善工作机制;构建科学的民族教育质量监测体系;加快培养民族教育质量监测专业人才,以保证监测工作的顺利进行和持续开展。
The minority educational quality monitoring has its own uniqueness compared with the national quality monitoring of the basic education,which is embodied in the followingfive aspects:the objectives,thesubjects,the contents,the tools,and the feedback.In the process of the quality monitoring,it is necessary to lead the educational administrative departments and staff to gain correct understanding of the purpose and role of quality monitoring,to enhance system construction and perfect working mechanism,to build a scientific national education quality monitoring system,and to cultivateprofessionals of minority education quality monitoring.
