摘要
10kv配网工程为电力企业典型工程,直接对人们生活产生影响。施工建设过程中,容易受到外部环境影响,致使安全管理功能无法展现。因此,为保障配网工程施工质量及符合规划的进度,需要做好安全管理工作,并对技术措施进行完善,使配网工程开展工作具有安全基础。本文将对10kv配网工程中存安全管理问题及措施进行探讨,对配网工程施工技术措施进行分析。
10kv distribution network project is a typical project of electric power enterprises,which directly affects people’s life.In the process of construction,it is easy to be affected by the external environment,so the safety management function cannot be displayed.Therefore,in order to ensure the construction quality of the distribution network project and the progress in accordance with the plan,it is necessary to do a good job in safety management and improve the technical measures so that the implementation of the distribution network project has a safe foundation.This paper will discuss the problems and measures of safety management in 10kv distribution network project,and analyze the technical measures of construction of distribution network project.
