摘要
为充分利用新疆当地自然资源研制节能、利废、保温、轻质的新型轻质保温墙体材料,提出了利用沙漠砂生产陶粒混凝土。通过正交试验分析了水胶比、体积砂率、沙漠砂替代率、粉煤灰掺量对沙漠砂陶粒混凝土塌落度、表观密度及抗压强度的影响规律,得到了LC20和LC25两种强度等级沙漠砂陶粒混凝土的合理配合比,并在此基础上,对这两种强度等级沙漠砂陶粒混凝土的力学性能及导热系数进行了研究。试验结果表明:掺入沙漠砂后的陶粒混凝土的弹性模量比普通轻骨料混凝土增加25%左右,抗压强度、抗拉强度及导热系数均满足规范要求。
In order to make full use of Xinjiang local natural resources to develop new ecological wall materials with energy conservation,waste utilization,thermal insulation and lightweight performances,the utilization of desert sand for making ceramic concrete was proposed.Through analyzing the effects of water-binder ratio,sand ratio,desert sand replacement ratio and fly ash content on slump,apparent density and compressive strength of desert sand ceramsite concrete by orthogonal experiment,the optimal mixture ratios of desert sand ceramsite concrete with strength grades LC20 and LC25 were obtained.Then,based on the two rational mix ratios,the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of desert sand ceramsite concrete were studied.The results showed that the elasticity modulus of ceramisite concrete after incorporation into desert sand was about 25%higher than that of ordinary lightweight aggregate concrete and the compressive strength,tensile strength and thermal conductivity meet the requirements of the specification.It was suitable for the production of a new type of lightweight energy-saving wallboard that integrates thermal insulation and seismic resistance.
