摘要
罗库溴铵是一种新型的非去极化甾醇肌松药,广泛用于临床上的麻醉辅助用药。综述了目前已报道的罗库溴铵合成路线并作了初步的分析评价,展望了未来罗库溴铵工艺改进的方向。
Rocuronium bromide is a novel non-depolarizing steroidal muscle relaxant,which is widely used as an adjuvant in anesthesia.The exsiting methods for preparation of Rocuronium bromide were introduced and preliminarily analyzed in this paper,besides,the orientation of process improvement of Rocuronium bromide was put forward.
