烤箱常用的温度控制方式有机械和电子两种,文中描述了各种控温方式的特点,从成本、精度、应用场景上进行对比,同步介绍了辅助温控探针的原理及其应用场景。不同的结构对应消费者不同的烘焙需求,操作便利及精准提高了烘焙对消费者的吸引力,为产品的销售提供了可靠的动力。
Machinery and electronics are the commonly temperature control method for oven.This paper described the characteristics of each kind of temperature control mode and compared them from the cost,accuracy,and application scenario.Synchronically we introduced the principles and application scenarios of auxiliary temperature probe.Different structures correspond to different baking needs of consumers and convenient operation、accurate baking also enhance the consumers'baking desire,which may provide reliable impetus for product sales.
