摘要
重庆单轨在运营一段时间后,个别列车出现车体倾斜的情况,对车辆正常运营造成很大影响。针对车体倾斜故障问题,通过对转向架轮胎内压及轮径、水平轮压紧力、两侧空簧座面到轨面的高度差、构架机加偏差、二系悬挂系统、轨道不平顺、车体底架扭曲等诸多因素的调查,分析了故障原因,并给出了解决车体倾斜故障的改进措施及合理化建议。
After the operation of Chongqing monorail for a period of time,the carbody tilting problem is detected on individual trains,which has a great impact on the normal operation of the monorail vehicle.Aiming at the carbody tilting fault,based on an investigation on the bogie tire pressure and diameter,horizontal wheel pressing force,height difference between air spring seat surface and rail surface on both sides,framework machining deviation,secondary suspension system,track irregularity,underframe distortion and other factors,reasons for the carbody tilting are analyzed,improvement measures and rationalization suggestions are proposed.
