摘要
深水探井转开发井是降低深水油气开发成本的重要手段,全过程包括探井钻井、弃井闲置、完井重入、生产4个阶段,各阶段热量传递模式有所区别。建立针对性温度计算模型,精确预测探井转开发井全过程温度变化,为环空压力预测提供基础参数。计算环空A和环空B从弃井闲置到生产10年后的全过程环空压力,结果表明环空压力与温度呈非线性相关性,表现出温度对压力影响的延时性。使用压缩材料进行环空压力干预,根据设定的临界环空压力,反算环空膨胀体积,获得所需冗余体积,设计可压缩体积,在环空压力达到临界值时激活材料压缩变形,为环空提供一个冗余空间,有效降低环空压力。
A deepwater exploration well converting to development one is an important means for reducing the cost of deepwater oil and gas exploration.And then the overall process includes four stages of drilling,well abandonment,well completion and putting into production.Because each stage has different heat transfer modes,the pertinent temperature calculation model was established to accurately predict the temperature changes in the overall process of exploration well converting to development one.So this can provide basic parameters for annular pressure prediction.It was calculated the annulus pressure of overall process after 10 years of annulus A and annulus B from abandoned to production.The results show that the annulus pressure is nonlinear correlation with temperature,presenting the delay of temperature influence on pressure.The compressed material was used for annular pressure intervention.According to the set critical annular pressure,the annulus volume expansion was inversely calculated.So the required redundancy volume was obtained and the compressible volume was designed.When the annulus pressure reached a critical value,the material was activated to compress and deform.As a result,the redundant space for annulus was provided,and then the annulus pressure was effectively reduced.
