长春市银行职员工作满意度、社会支持在工作压力与抑郁情绪间的作用 被引量:6

Effect of Job Satisfaction and Social Support on Relationship Between Job Stress and Depression Among Bank Staffs in Changchun City

摘要 目的:了解银行职员抑郁情绪现状,探究工作满意度与社会支持在工作压力与抑郁情绪间的作用,为制定职业人群抑郁防控策略提供依据。方法:采用工作压力源量表、领悟社会支持量表、抑郁自评量表、明尼苏达满意度短式量表及简单自评条目对1464名银行职员进行问卷调查。使用SPSS软件中的PROCESS程序检验变量间有调节的中介效应。结果:银行职员抑郁情绪检出率为36.6%;不同性别、文化程度、职位的职员抑郁检出率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);自评健康差、睡眠质量差、易感到紧张的职员,其抑郁检出率更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。抑郁与工作压力显著正相关,与社会支持和工作满意度显著负相关(P<0.01)。工作满意度在工作压力与抑郁间起部分中介作用,工作压力对抑郁有直接影响,还通过工作满意度间接影响抑郁,社会支持调节工作满意度-抑郁路径。结论:银行职员抑郁情况不容乐观,工作压力与抑郁间存在有调节的中介效应;提高银行职员的社会支持水平及工作满意度有助于减少抑郁情绪的发生。 Objective:To understand the status of depression among bank staffs and to explore the role of social support and job satisfaction on the relationship between job stress and depression,so as to provide evidence for formulating strategies for prevention of depression among occupational groups.Methods:A total of 1464 bank staffs were surveyed by the Work Stressor Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Self-rating Depressive Scale(SDS)and Minnesota Satisfaction Question-naire(MSQ).PROCESS program in SPSS software was used to verify the relation among different variables.Results:The prevalence of depression among bank staffs was 36.6%.The difference in the rate of depression among different genders,education levels and position staffs was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of depression was significantly higher in the staff with poor self-rated health,poor sleep quality or easy to feel nervous(P<0.05).Depression was significantly positively related to job stress,and negatively correlated with social support and job satisfaction(P<0.01).Social support played a partial mediating role in the relation between job stress and depression.Job stress had a direct impact on depression,as well as an indirect impact through job satisfaction.moderated the relation between job satisfaction and depression.Conclusion:The status of depression in bank staff admits of no optimism,besides the moderated mediation model between job stress and depression is feasible.Improving the level of social support and job satisfaction of bank staffs would be helpful for reducing their depression.
