摘要
专利成果是高校科研水平和创新能力的重要体现。以芜湖市为例,对历年来芜湖市高校的专利授权量、受保护专利量、各类专利授权量、各高校专利授权量、专利转移量、各领域专利授权量等数据进行统计。分析芜湖市高校专利授权现状,总结芜湖市高校专利成果特点与发展趋势,并为芜湖市高校专利授权与转化、创新能力的提高,提出加强创新、控制从重、分步发展、搭建平台等合理化建议。
The patent authorization is an important embodiment of the scientific research level and innovation ability of colleges and universities.Taking Wuhu City as an example,statistics on patent licensing,protected patents,patent licensing,patent licensing,patent transfer and patent licensing in various fields in Wuhu universities and colleges over the past few years were carried out.This paper analyzes the status of patent authorization in Wuhu universities,summarizes the characteristics and development trend of the patent results of universities in Wuhu.It also puts forward rationalization proposals for strengthening patent control and transformation and innovation ability in Wuhu colleges and universities,such as strengthening innovation,controlling seriously,developing step by step and building platforms.
