摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦联合清脑降压颗粒治疗老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的疗效。方法将2016年2月至2017年4月收治的老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者84例随机分为两组,各42例。A组患者采用常规降糖和降压治疗,并口服缬沙坦,B组患者在A组治疗基础上加用清脑降压颗粒治疗,两组均治疗8周。结果 B组总有效率为95.24%,高于A组的76.19%(P<0.05);B组患者血压达标时间短于A组(P<0.05),血压相关指标改善优于A组(P<0.05),生活质量量表评分优于A组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论缬沙坦联合清脑降压颗粒治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病,疗效确切,可更好地控制血压,改善患者生活质量,缩短疗程,安全性高,患者可耐受,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with Qingnao Jiangya Granules for treating elderly patients with primary hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 84 elderly patients with primary hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus adimitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The group A was given conventional hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment,and oral administration of valsartan,on this basis,the group B was treated with Qingnao Jiangya Granules.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the group B was 95.2 4%,which was significantly higher than 76.1 9%of the group A(P<0.05).The time of reaching target of blood pressure in the group B was shorter than that of the group A(P<0.05),the blood pressure indexes in the group B was better than those in the group A(P<0.05),the quality of life scale score in the group B was better than that in the group A(P<0.05),and there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Valsartan combined with Qingnao Jiangya Granules for treating elderly patients with primary hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus has accurate effect,it can better control blood pressure,improve the quality of life,shorten the course of treatment,and the drug safety is high,the patients can be tolerated,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
